The Alchemy of Power: Desire, Shame & Self-Authority
This 6-week experiential group is for adults who want to deepen their relationship with power, choice, and relational presence.
Rather than focusing on performance or pathology, the group emphasizes awareness, embodiment, and relational honesty. Participants explore how early relational patterns shape their experience of desire, boundaries, and authority--and how those patterns can be renegotiated through conscious engagement.
Sessions integrate:
- Gestalt experiments and dialogic work
- Somatic tracking and nervous system awareness
- Archetypal and symbolic reflection
- Relational exercises focused on polarity, consent, and choice
This group is appropriate for individuals who are psychologically stable, curious, and open to self-reflection. It is not group therapy, but a psycho-educational and experiential offering.
90 minutes weekly

I am only able to respond to a small proportion of the phone calls that I receive (usually just current clients), because I do not have an office assistant.
